Artists Submission Form
In order to get your song (s) analyzed for consideration in our data base and rotation, we'll need a few things from you. Prior to submitting music for review, please read the following information regarding the minimal requirements.
- All submitted music must be copywritten.
- You must have the right and legal authority to submit the copyrighted music.
- We very seldom use MP3 files as source material. We prefer the original CDs so that we can rip the bit-rates that we need for specific uses. If we do use MP3 files the minimal format is 192 kbps or higher, with 320 kbps as the "gold standard."
- We will consider all music sent, but we regret that we cannot return any submitted materials, including CDs, nor can we respond to all inquiries or submissions. Please have back-up copies of everything you send to us. We will notify you if we accept your music.
- We are looking for Exceptional music. It doesn't matter if the music is old or new, but it must bind people closer to the Lord. WPJC.FM plays slow to mid-tempo, gospel worship, inspirational gospel jazz and gospel quartet music.
- WPJC.FM does not pay any compensation with respect to the transmissions and reproductions of authorized submitted music. However we are a licensed station.
- WPJC.FM is a 24 hour online radio church ministry. Any and all submissions for airplay by the artist, management, legal representative, distributor, or other connected entity, grants WPJC.FM permission to play your CD, Album, Song, Sound Recording and the like on WPJC.FM.
If you agree and meet the minimal requirements, submit your music via the musicSubmit form. If you do not agree nor meet the minimal requirements, we may not be able to play your music.
